Phosphorous Pentoxide(P2O5)
• P2O5is a kind of light white minicrystal powder which is
made by burning phosphorus with excess oxygen.
• P2O5 is a
basic material and reagent often used in chemical industry.
• Phosphorous acid is the acid anhydride of orthophosphoric
acid (H3PO4). It
can easily absorb moisture and then be transformed into H3PO4 by water. When reacting with water, it can produce lots of heat.

• P2O5
can be used to make special catalyst based on phosphoric acid.
• P2O5 can
be used to make special sodium phosphate and ammonia phosphate.
• Super phosphoric acid and poly phosphoric acid can be
made by mixing P2O5 and phosphoric acid.
• P2O5 can
be used as colorless condensating agent or firming agent in
making transparent resin.
• P2O5 can
be used to manufacture phosphate mono ester and phosphodiester.
Phosphoric acid will produce acid ester if directly reacting
with appropriate alcohol or phenol. P2O5 can give off phosphorous
alkylamine if reacted with alkylamine. Due to its hygroscopicity,
P2O5 can be used as drying agent.
• P2O5 can
be used as the catalyst for making blown bitumen as well as
for bitumen. It can improve the viscosity of bitumen.

It can also be packed according to client's requirements. P2O5
can only be loaded with blade and avoid moisture in delivery
in Europe. It can be kept for 12 months in sealed drum.
Polyphosphoric Acid

4. Behavior: colorless transparent heavy-bodied liquid, easy
to get deliquescent, corrosive, and not cystallize. It can be
mixed with water,hydrolyzed to orthophosphoric acid. Its specific
gravity is 2.1g/cm3.

6. Application
PPA is widely used in industries including medicine, aromatics,
leather, chemical industry, etc.. It is used as cyclizing agent,
acidifier and dehydrant in organic synthesis. It can also be
used as the substitute for orthophosphoric acid.

35kg plastic drum, 2nd level inorganic acid corrosive.
Please keep it in shady, cool and ventilating place. Avoid air,
inflammable matters and oxidants. Keep it away from substance
whose PH value is above 7. Be cautious in loading and unloading.
